Laying the Groundwork for Complex Transactions

Further to recent Supreme Court of Canada decisions, 21CQ is interested in playing a facilitating role in laying the groundwork for potential negotiations between government, First Nations and companies in various sectors prior to the commencement of formal consultations among these parties.
